 Please make a note of the following policies and guidelines for Fleurish Creative Studio:

1. **Cancellation Policy:** We only offer store credit for cancellations. Refunds are not provided. To cancel your reservation, we require at least 24 hours' notice so that we can offer your spot to another guest and provide you with a store credit. Please leave a message if you need to cancel outside of our business hours. If you fail to show up without prior notice, you will not receive a refund or store credit. We will only wait 30 minutes before class time before we will not accept guests for the allotted time. 

2. **Kid Parties:** For liability reasons, no alcohol is allowed at kid parties. Additionally, all kids must be accompanied by an adult.

3. **Customer Consent for Online Credit Card Payment:** To make purchases at Fleurish Creative Studio online or via your mobile device using a credit card, we require your consent. Your consent enables us to process charges to your credit card and reduces the risk of unfounded disputes and chargebacks, as well as minimizing the chances of fraudulent charges. This policy extends to all mobile and online products and services, as well as any electronically accessible disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services. By making a purchase, you agree to provide us with accurate and complete contact information about this transaction and your Fleurish Creative Studio online account.

4.** ACT OF GOD**

We can not control any act of God. The weather in Georgia changes often. Please note that if you do not show up due to rain outside of a hurricane or tornado, you will forfeit your monies, time slot, and party and will not be able to reschedule.
